Infinite Framework

Privacy policy

What infiniteframework.com collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to ask about your data. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who this is

Infinite Framework is run by Winning Media (PO Box 112, Ashgrove QLD 4060, Australia). This policy covers infiniteframework.com: the site, free membership, the Flush First reader tools and Premium Membership. It doesn’t cover flush-first.com or winningmedia.com.au, which have their own policies.

What we collect

When you join, free or as a Flush First reader: your first name and your email address, the reader code if you are claiming reader access, and the IP address the request came from.

When you set up your account: the password you choose, which is stored in a scrambled form we can’t read. Anything you add to your profile later, such as a phone number, an address or a company name, is optional.

As a member: your membership level, the date you joined, and when and from which IP address you last logged in.

What we don’t collect: we don’t record which prompts you copy. Whatever you paste into your own AI system, or write in your Brand Clarity File, stays with you. It never reaches us.

When you buy Premium Membership: your name, your email and billing address, and a record of the order. Payment is handled by Stripe: your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our server, so we never see or store your card number.

Automatically: like every website, the server that hosts this one keeps a log of visits (your IP address, your browser and the pages requested) so the site can be kept running and secure.

With your consent: standard analytics (pages visited, roughly how you found the site) through Google Analytics, and only after you have accepted cookies. See Cookies below.

Who we share it with

Only the services it takes to run the membership:

  • SiteGround. Hosting, the database that holds member accounts, and the server logs described above.
  • Stripe. Card payments for Premium Membership. Stripe receives your name, email, billing address and card details, and runs its own fraud checks.
  • SMTP2GO. Sending the emails the membership needs (confirming your address, logging in, resetting a password) and the member emails.
  • Google reCAPTCHA. The bot check on the join forms. Google receives your IP address and signals from your browser to tell a person from a bot.
  • Google Fonts. The site’s typeface is loaded from Google, which sees your IP address when your browser asks for it.
  • Google Analytics. Site analytics, only if you have accepted cookies.
  • Cloudflare. The site’s traffic passes through Cloudflare’s network on its way to you, so Cloudflare sees your IP address. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts visits (the pages viewed, your browser and the site that sent you) without setting cookies.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Some of these services are based overseas, mainly in the United States, so some data is processed outside Australia as a normal part of using them.

Emails

Joining means we email you: first to confirm your address, then with member emails about the framework. You can stop the member emails at any time. Email [email protected] and we will take you off the list. Emails the account itself needs, such as a password reset, are still sent while you have an account.

Cookies

A cookie banner shows the first time you visit. If you choose necessary cookies only, Google Analytics does not load at all. Here is everything that can be set:

  • Login cookies. Set when you log in, so the site knows you are a member as you move between pages. Strictly necessary.
  • A return cookie. If you open a library page before you have logged in, the site remembers which page for up to seven days so it can take you back there once you are in. Strictly necessary.
  • Google reCAPTCHA. Confirms you are not a bot when you send a join form. The forms don’t work without it. Strictly necessary.
  • Checkout cookies. When you buy Premium Membership, a cookie remembers what is in your cart, and Stripe sets its own on the checkout page to take the payment and prevent fraud. Strictly necessary.
  • Google Analytics. Site usage: which pages, and roughly where visitors come from. Needs your consent.

To change your choice, open cookie settings. Clearing your browser’s site data for infiniteframework.com also brings the banner back.

How long we keep it

Your account, and the details in it, for as long as you are a member. Ask us to close your account and we delete it, apart from anything we are required to keep for tax or legal records.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it directly.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or who we share it with changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
